Emily gets a car seat for a 12 year old.
Well it's the crazy health and safety brigade that say in the UK a baby must remain in a car seat until the age of 12. Can you imagine it? 12 years old. I suspect the person that runs health and safety is a gay lesbian thingy who knows as much about the real world as my left toe!
