Mumbai

Arrived in Mumbai for an overnight stay. Took a tour of the main City sites

The Gateway to India















The Taj

Then off to visit 'The Laundry'. It appears that washing machines have yet to arrive in Mumbai as there are a number of sites like this where the men do the washing. Apparently there are no tags, they just happen to know who the owners are. Mmmmm?

Naturally there is the odd buffalo or cow walking the street

Then a final visit to the national museum that was very interesting completed our tour.
