Well we woke up quite early and went for walk around the deck before we docked. We docked near the town and excursions were so expensive we were going for our walk. The view from the ship was the containers as you can see.
Well the temperature was over 30 so there was no way we could do a walk to the fortress and back so we just wandered into the town. The people here are really poor and have very little. The children all wanted their photos taken with us on their phones. We only walked around for about 50 minutes as we were dripping with sweat.
I think they must have a diet of rice and eggs as I have never seen so many eggs for sale!
Came back on board and went for a swim and started chatting to a couple from the US who use to live in Gerrards Cross.
What a small world as last night I sat next to Ian Greaves who was a good friend of David Sevage. Quite incredible.
