Friday was the changeover day for this cruise so 500 passengers disembarked and we decided to make the most of a quiet ship having been told that it is overbooked and two sensory dogs on next week. The crew work so incredibly hard all the time and always smiling. I was in Guest relations printing when I heard how some new guests spoke to the crew. They were so so rude I had to walk away otherwise I would have had to say something and unfortunately the ones I heard were British.
Anyway overnight we sailed to Mahon and sailing into this town was an absolute treat. Once we had docked we went for a walk around the town. It is a truly lovely town with beautiful shops and cafes everywhere.
Again we got off early so saw it at its best. Most enjoyable day and not too hot only about 37 whereas we know at home it is over 30. I do so love it when we park in the middle of the town!!
