Nanotalik Greenland

So we arrived in think fog so our zodiac tour was postponed by an hour. Anyway we went out in the zodiac and to be honest there was not a lot to see but it was better to do something than nothing. After the zodiac tour we walked around the town which is totally cut off in the winter time. Only one thousand people live here but the supermarket was well stocked.

It is hard to imagine why people would live here! But they do and seem content but whether the younger people will stay is another story I suspect.

 Lovely scenery for our wander and reminded us both of Peggy’s cove that we went to when we were last in this area.
