Before we left Vancouver we were told it was 100% rain for Monday. I am pleased to report that we did have a little drizzle and when it actually rained for half an hour we had already come back to the ship for a break.
We walked to Creek Street and wandered the path of the river where the salmon come to spawn. Cannot imagine ever living somewhere like this so cut off from the rest of the world really, the roads go nowhere.
We walked up the hill and saw a deer who the locals had named Bambi. He was so cute and tame.
Visited the museum which was interesting. A local custom was to sign your name on a table cloth when visiting and then the locals would stitch it on, so I have shown the photo of the tablecloth in the museum, it was quite remarkable.
We then did a big loop round the twin about four miles.
Back on board for trivia and the usual evening supper and show
