Kamloops to Whistler

So we left Kamloops getting petrol as we left the city. We drove along route 1 stopping at various places to see the view. There was a lot of construction on the roads but it didn’t cause any traffic jams. We made a stop at Duffy Lake which was lovely and was a nice break. We drove on and got to Whistler to drop the car at Avis.

Margaret came to pick us up and took us to her house. The house is stunning and we went for a short walk around the lake after our cup of tea.

In the evening we chatted and had a nice supper and enjoyed being in a marvellous house in a brilliant location.
