Today was supposed to be rainy but when we woke up it was sunny skies so we decided to go up the Meadows to the sky Parkway. This is a 16 mile drive that climbs up to an elevation of 2000 metres. Lovely drive up and at the top we saw the old fire lookout. The Balsam Lake was very dried up but we think that as well as the weather it would be the water being used for the forest fires as the hoses were in it.
The photo of the lake in July Is the wrong way round sorry!!!
We spent the rest of the day driving and got to Kamloops in time for a game of bowls at 6pm.
